Your reliance on Content is at your own discretion and risk. We strongly recommend verifying any critical information (such as match times or results) with official sources. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on Content or Application functionality.

For the avoidance of doubt, Content in this Application is independently sourced and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or specifically approved by platform providers such as Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Those platform providers are not responsible for Content accuracy.

  • User-Generated Content (UGC), including text posts, comments, images, and videos

We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide Application functionality, including account services, moderation, and direct communications such as email messages and push notifications.

Users can flag content and block abusive users from within the feed.

Reported content is reviewed and action is typically taken within 24 hours. Actions may include content removal and account suspension.

UK GDPR: Legal Basis for Processing

Where UK data protection law applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Consent: For optional push notifications and certain tracking technologies where consent is required

International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside the UK, including countries where our service providers operate (for example, the United States and other jurisdictions).

When we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards as required by law, such as:

  • UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

Third-party recipient categories may include cloud hosting providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, crash-reporting providers, and moderation/support tooling providers.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Although the Application is primarily mobile, cookies or similar technologies may be used:

  • On our website and web-based surfaces
  • In embedded web content (such as WebView, where applicable)
  • By analytics and service SDKs

These technologies are used for security, sign-in/session continuity, analytics, and service performance.

You can manage tracking through:

  • Device-level privacy settings (for app tracking permissions where supported)
  • In-app settings where available

Push Notifications and Preference Management

If you enable notifications, we may use a push notification token and related preference settings to send alerts.

You can manage notification preferences through:

  • In-app controls under Settings > Notifications (if available in your app version)
  • Android device settings: Settings > Apps > wescores > Notifications
  • iOS device settings: Settings > Notifications > wescores

Disabling notifications does not delete your account data; it only stops notification delivery.
